How to become part of the Replica Grass family
We are often asked how to be part of the Replica Grass family. We aren’t able to simply ‘approve’ or ‘add’ suppliers to a ‘list’ - all opportunities to become part of the Replica Grass family are vetted and the contractor must meet the criteria set out by Replica Grass.
All family members used by Replica Grass have to meet several requirements, experience of 3 years or more, must be able to show completed works to a high level in the areas they have been passed leads by Replica Grass.
Have sufficient insurance and accreditations required.

The Process Explained
All Replica Grass projects are allocated by postcode to the nearest Replica Grass Family Member capable of the works required for the project.

STEP 1
Once a project is identified by Replica Grass, the project will be allocated a project reference, the referrence, brief outline & postcode shall be sent to the nearest Replica Grass Family member for acceptance.

STEP 2
When a Family Member accepts the project, full project details will be sent from Replica Grass to the Family Member to arrange a site visit and collate all the works detail required from the customer to be able to complete the project, in order to cost the required works.

STEP 3
The Family Member shall outline the required works required to the client in writing that was collated during the site visit, liaise with the client, collate further detail if required with as much information to be able to prepare a cost for the works required. The Family Member once happy they have all the project information required shall submit an all inclusive cost to the client, including all of the required documentation and supporting information required, also keeping Replica Grass informed of all stages.
STEP 4
Replica Grass sales team will liaise with the Replica Grass Family Member and the client to help the sale through to order. Where more than one Replica Grass family member is costing for the same project, Replica Grass will not divulge any costing to other Replica Grass Family members.

Replica Grass Family Members will decline or accept based on Project information
Replica Grass will send full project details to be costed based on further dealings with the client
Replica Grass Family Mmembers shall send an inclusive cost to the client, (Includes Replica Grass commission)
Replica Grass will help Replica Grass Family Members & clients through the sale process
